Environmental ethos
Keep useful technology useful for longer.
The greenest device is often the one you do not need to replace yet. Repair and careful reuse can reduce waste, cost and demand for new materials.

Small workshop choices add up.
- Used parts and batteries are separated for appropriate recycling.
- Packaging is reused or recycled wherever practical.
- Digital job management reduces unnecessary paper.
- Devices are charged for testing, not left consuming power overnight.
- Refurbishment is considered before replacement.
Repair when it makes sense.
Phones, tablets and computers can often be kept productive with a battery, screen, storage or memory repair. We will also say when a repair is unlikely to be economical or reliable, because unnecessary work is not sustainable either.
Responsible reuse.
Refurbished devices give useful technology another owner and make working equipment available at a lower cost. Our grading system separates cosmetic condition from function so customers can choose the right balance of appearance and value.
Old technology in a drawer?
Contact the team before throwing it away. A device may still have resale, refurbishment or parts value, and batteries should never be placed in ordinary household waste.
