Website forms collect the contact and device information needed to respond, arrange a drop-off, assess a repair or manage a reservation. This may include name, email, phone number, device model, fault description and preferred dates.

How it is used

Information is used to manage the enquiry, provide the requested service, keep appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not ask for device passwords or PINs through this website.

Storage and access

Submitted requests are stored in a protected area of the website and may also be sent by email to the HAD-TECH team. Access is restricted to authorised staff and hosting providers acting on our instructions.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only where needed to deliver the service, comply with law or protect our systems and customers.

Retention and rights

Records are kept only as long as needed for the service, warranty, accounts, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the law provides it by emailing northyorks@had.technology.
