We use genuine parts where they are available and appropriate. When manufacturer restrictions or supply mean a genuine part is not practical, we explain the quality OEM alternative and any device warnings or limitations before fitting it.

Times are honest, too.

Many common repairs can be completed the same day when parts are in stock. Some require longer testing, specialist work or ordered parts. A booked time is for drop-off; we provide a realistic collection estimate after assessment.
